3.1 Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information about job vacancies, company policies, and any specific requirements for candidates.
3.2 Clients must adhere to all applicable employment laws and regulations.
3.3 Clients agree to provide timely feedback on candidate submissions and interviews.

4. Candidate Responsibilities
4.1 Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information in their applications, resumes, and during the interview process.
4.2 Candidates agree to undergo background checks and verification processes as required by the client or by law.

5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Fees for services will be provided to the client at the commencement of our engagement, only for companies.
5.2 Our services are free of cost for all candidates.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the recruitment process.
6.2 Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability
7.1 JMR Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2 Our total liability under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services provided.

8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration/mediation before resorting to litigation.

10. Amendments
10.1 JMR Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

11. Service consent
11.1 These Terms and Conditions, along with any service compliance, represent the consensus between JMR Consulting and the client/candidate, superseding all prior consents or understandings.
